BronyExpo is a passion project run by fans, and while we would love to be able to offer more, we are not currently able to guarantee compensation, travel costs, or accommodations for performers. What we can offer is complimentary convention entry for you and your band/group if applicable. We want to be upfront about this before you apply so there are no surprises later. By checking this box, you confirm that you understand and agree to these terms.

If selected to perform at BronyExpo, you will be required to submit a tech sheet for your act detailing all equipment and tech needs. The finalized tech sheet will be due no later than two weeks prior to the performance, and any last minute changes will require approval from the musician lead and the A/V lead. By checking this box, you agree to these terms.
