Who are we?
Welcome to BronyExpo, an all-ages fan event! We are a team of long-time My Little Pony fans working together for the first time to bring you our very own convention. We hope to bring you a memorable event featuring show guests, vendors, a concert, panels and more! With your help, we can create a fun and safe space for fans to express their passion for My Little Pony, no matter their age or favourite generation. Our executive staff team is working hard to bring their vision to life.
Fairy Tale (she/her)
Co-Chair, Design Lead
Fairy Tale is a long time fan of My Little Pony, with roots in the toy collecting community and My Little Pony Arena. She is an ancient con volunteer who has worked in every position from general volunteer, to department lead, to founder (Northwest Idolfest, now called US Idolfest). You might be able to find her in some of your old conbooks under her old fandom name, Evergreen Dream. She was also a career vendor at My Little Pony fan conventions for many years. She hopes to utilize everything she’s learned to create a new convention space, for the love of pony. At BronyExpo, Fairy Tale is the Design Lead as well as one of the Co-Chairs. She does a little bit of everything. She loves Elden Ring, King Sombra, and Applejack.
Bigcheese (he/him)
Co-Chair, Board Chair
Bigcheese has been part of the pony fandom since 2012, and has been attending conventions since 2014. Over the years, he's helped run CCG events and hosted a variety of panels, and these days you're most likely to find him around the pony plush community. At BronyExpo, Bigcheese serves as a Co-Chair and the Board Chair. Fluttershy is best pony.
Hithroc (they/them)
Technical Co-Lead, Board
Hithroc joined the fandom in late 2016, shortly after watching the show for the first time. Since then, they've been fairly active in various communities, primarily in the MLP:CCG community, organizing local groups and hosting tournaments. They've also helped lead the brony faction at Reddit r/place events.
Outside of the fandom they're a software engineer of many years. Born to make compilers in Haskell, forced to build payroll systems with Ruby on Rails.
Minty Fresh (they/them)
Technical Co-Lead
Minty’s been part of the fandom since late 2010, just as Season 1 was starting to garner attention online (Boast Busters was just airing). They’ve been a routine attendee of as many pony conventions as are feasibly possible to fit into a year (and then some), and a long time sponsor of a number of them, including BronyCon, EFNW, and Vanhoover. A software engineer of 20+ years, with over a decade of that having been done professionally, they’ve always wanted to do convention registration right; a point of pain which many conventions have struggled with, and one Minty’s felt firsthoof.

Copy Writer
cursedchords joined the pony fandom in 2012, when suddenly references to this show just started popping up everywhere. Since that time he has been active in a number of separate areas, but primarily in fanfic writing and (formerly) hosting a Twitch stream about the MLP Collectible Card Game. He’s not quite the same convention aficionado as some others here, but tries to make it to Vanhoover and hopefully an American con each year. In his free time, he enjoys baking and tabletop RPGs (probably a little too much on that last one.)
Dexanth (she/her)
Guest Relations Lead, Board Advisor
Dexanth has been with the fandom since Season 1 was airing, when 'Why are there pony avatars everywhere?' turned into a 15 years (and counting!) journey. She's been with more cons than she can count, with the greatest hits including Vice Chairing BronyCon, founding PonyFest Online, and founding Northwest IdolFest (now US IdolFes), which she still chairs to this day. A lover of ponies (Celestia forever!), anime, idols, and more, at this point she's accepted she'll be here forever. In her spare time, she enjoys food and sleep, and more food and more sleep.

saccharin has been dragged into multiple conventions, sometimes against her better judgment, just because she likes crunching numbers.
